Meet the Founders Behind R³ Massage Methodology
Master Instructor Tuan (Tony) Le and Co-Instructor Phuong (Ly) Nguyen are the visionaries behind R³ Massage Methodology—a revolutionary massage technique created specifically for nail salons, combining the best of medical science, Eastern healing, and beauty industry expertise.


Tuan brings over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation therapy and nail care, specializing in acupuncture and acupressure to relieve pain and restore balance. His work integrates traditional wellness techniques into modern salon services in a way that’s both therapeutic and rejuvenating.


Ly, a former MRI technologist with 13 years of medical experience, is also a successful salon owner and the Predident of Altoona Beauty School, where she trains and mentors the next generation of nail professionals. Her deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology played a key role in shaping the R³ Massage Methodology, ensuring it’s not only relaxing—but also rooted in science and results.


What truly sets R³MD apart is Ly’s ability to go beyond technique. She provides comprehensive product education that helps nail technicians understand why each step matters—empowering them to improve client outcomes, grow retail sales, and deliver a truly elevated experience.
